I am so excited to have been invited to speak at the 2018 AIFD Discover Symposium and to be speaking about how to be more productive in business! For those of you know don’t know, the AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers) is a wonderful foundation that supports educational advancement and promote knowledge in the floral design and other related fields.

What you will learn
I will be speaking on July 2nd in Washington, D.C. during the Impact Business Sessions to demonstrate how using technology and customizing communication practices will help fast track your business in the areas of conducting consultations, finding new clients, closing the sale and dealing with difficult customers. Besides sessions on business, there will be three other educational tracks including Inspire Creative Sessions, Innovative Hands-On Workshops, and eight main stage events!
