Hope this email finds you well. I can't sing the praises enough of working with Angela. I live in LA and wanted to have our wedding in Nashville because my husband is from TN and thought it would be a great destination wedding for my friends and family (who primarily are from NY – where I'm originally from).

When I first met with Angela way back in Sept 2013, I had concerns too about her not being present all day for the wedding. However, in the entire planning process from beginning to end, you are working directly with her on all the intricate details of the wedding and she plans everything out in a timeline for the day of the wedding. By the day of the actual wedding, it's all about execution and she has an AWESOME team to help with all of those details. Angela is available to you throughout the entire planning process via email or text or cell. If you have any questions or concerns, she's there to answer. Her assistant Alison is also amazing. She's her right hand and is always in sync with Angela as well.

Day of my wedding, Whitney was my appointed planner. Angela however was there during the set up of the reception and was there for our ceremony as well (she was also present for the rehearsal). Our wedding was amazing. Whitney was on point the whole night as well for whatever we needed and I saw that she was always texting or talking on the phone with Angela when she needed to.

I totally understand your concerns, they definitely are valid – but believe me, there's so much that goes into the details and the creativity of the day/night that Angela works on that all you need to worry about day of is having fun! 🙂
