A Southern-born creator, strategist, and movement-maker. A no-filter, all-heart entrepreneur who now knows — and believes — that success without wellness isn't real success.
Raised in small-town Tennessee, I grew up with two very different role models: a God-fearing Catholic mother who taught me faith, and an undercover detective father who taught me the power of details and grit. From an early age, I learned that discipline, focus, and faith in action create powerful results. My childhood was filled with nonstop activities — dance, baton twirling, gymnastics, softball, basketball — all carefully designed to keep me involved, focused, and moving. It’s where I first learned that consistency yields rewards — lessons that would shape everything that came after.
I built my first empire almost by accident — planning and designing luxury weddings and events, then consulting for the hospitality industry. I traveled the world, built multi-figure 8-10 figure businesses, and planned experiences for presidents, celebrities, and iconic brands.
On paper, it looked perfect. Inside, it was unsustainable.
Then life happened: Death. Business losses. Partnerships ending. Relationships shattering. Expectations crushed. What I had built — without even realizing it — had become a monster of toxicity. The “hustle hard, no sleep” culture I once wore as a badge of honor became my biggest liability. And when you don’t listen to your body… the universe will force you to fall flat on your face. For me, that moment came during COVID — a near-death experience that forced me to sit still for the first time in my adult life.
Stillness is where the real work began — in a bed. When COVID hit, everything stopped. I gained over 100 pounds in just nine months. When I got sick, I truly believed my life might be over. But one simple decision changed everything: Get up. Move forward. One step. I rolled out of bed, walked straight to the treadmill desk I had ordered out of desperation, and started moving. Just walking. Slow. Shaky. But moving. And YES typing and editing while walking at 1 speed is enough. I turned my dining room into a movement office — not because I wanted to, but because I had to. To save myself. To rebuild, step by step — literally.
And it wasn’t just my body that needed rebuilding. It was everything: My mind. My heart. My priorities. My ADHD, dyslexic, polymath, neurodivergent brain wasn’t broken —
it just needed a new way to survive. A new way to thrive. I know that now. And I’m here to help you realize it too. I spent years reflecting, journaling, tracking my health, and untangling the chaos I had accepted as normal for nearly two decades. Running on E…empty. Slowly, painfully, and intentionally, I redefined what success, wellness, and life really mean.
I realized:
👉 I wasn't living — I was surviving.
👉 My priorities weren’t aligned with my purpose.
👉 No amount of money, awards, or recognition could fill the gap that wellness had left behind.
I had to start over — from the inside out. I had to heal. I had to go back to my roots in mental health — and help myself first.
Now, I'm here to share the tools, the frameworks, and the truth: Success without wellness isn’t success. Movement isn't optional — it’s essential.
And you don't have to lose yourself to build something incredible. You can have both: Purpose and prosperity. Movement and momentum. Wellness and success.
