For more than two decades, Angela Proffitt has been creating experiences that bring people together. From luxury weddings and global events to retreats and leadership gatherings, Angela has built a reputation in the hospitality industry for designing moments that feel effortless, meaningful, and unforgettable.

But anyone who works in hospitality knows the truth. Behind every incredible experience is a tremendous amount of work, responsibility, and care carried by the people behind the scenes. Angela understands that better than most. After years of producing events around the world and consulting with leaders across the hospitality industry, she began to notice a pattern: the people responsible for creating magic for others were often the ones running on empty. That realization changed everything.

Today, Angela focuses her work on helping leaders strengthen strategy, systems, and communication while protecting the energy required to continue creating meaningful experiences. Because when the people behind the experiences feel supported, everything works better.

Angela’s career began in the luxury wedding and event industry, where she built a global reputation for designing and producing extraordinary celebrations. Over the years she has planned experiences for high-profile clients, entrepreneurs, and brands across the United States and internationally.

Her work has taken her to venues and destinations around the world; from private estates and luxury resorts to global conferences and leadership retreats. While the events themselves were unforgettable, the deeper lesson Angela learned was about the people behind them.

Great experiences don’t just happen. They are created by leaders who care deeply about every detail. And those leaders deserve support too.

THE MOMENT EVERYTHING SHIFTED

For years Angela lived the same reality many high performers know well; long hours, nonstop pressure, and the belief that success required constant hustle. On paper, everything looked successful. Behind the scenes, it wasn’t sustainable.

When the world slowed down during COVID, Angela was forced to do something she had never allowed before: stop. That moment became a turning point. Angela began rebuilding her life around movement, wellness, and intentional leadership; discovering something she now shares with audiences and clients around the world: Success without wellness isn’t success. One simple decision started the change. Move forward. One step at a time.

Angela began working from a treadmill desk in her living room, slowly rebuilding her health, her energy, and her priorities. What started as survival became a completely new way of living and leading.
