During a wedding reception, the entrees came out, and there was supposed to be a skewer of shrimp on top of every steak. I noticed quickly that it was missing on many plates. It was mayhem in the kitchen and the caterer admitted that they had multiple events happening that weekend and some of the shrimp ended up at the wrong event.
