Which Software To Choose

Are you on the edge of your seat to learn more about softwares to use in your business? The ones that can automate tasks and help you make money while you sleep! I doubt it! There are SO many choices out there now that it’s become so overwhelming. 

I get it, you don’t want to do the research. The free trials; to figure out which software is best, but it can be completely life changing. 

I am going to share my experiences and case studies with you so you don’t have to go through this process of finding what will work for you and your company.

Here’s the thing; you know you need these tools, but there are so many. How do you choose and justify the costs of all of them? What is all the hype with automation? 

First, you must establish your priorities and your needs, so I want you to think about your time. The amount of time it takes for you or a team member to do something. Can you even answer that question? This is where time blocking comes in. It totally changed my life. I was able to focus more and serve my clients better. So I want you to ask yourself when you are doing something over and over; can this task be automated, and usually the answer is YES!

If you don’t take the time to figure out what is going to work best for you and your company, here’s what’s gonna happen: You’re going to end up spending a lot of time, a lot of resources and a lot of money to try this one APP or platform and then after all of that, you will be asking yourself why is this not working?

That comes down to training and commitment to implement. Then you ask yourself, why am I not where I want to be. Well, see above! Training and commitment. 

And it’s because you are not taking the time to do your homework, which leads to not making the right choices, but how are you to know what is good or bad. That is where I come in. I am here to help! 

Let’s Divide these priorities into 2 categories and write them down:
What is your biggest time suck?
What is a task you hate doing and can automate?

Now, I am going to share a few free tools that we use that were a complete game changer for me and my team. And by utilizing these tools you are creating productivity for yourself and your team or your future team. 

My biggest time suck was answering emails, so here’s how you can decrease those. Which BTW we decreased emails by 300+ a day just by doing these two things:

Sharing a dropbox with each client and training them to put their documents there and sharing a Google Drive folder with each client and having them edit their timelines, budgets, etc. in real time. It really was that easy. Letting the clients know the expectations. Stop emailing me and drop your documents in dropbox and use Google drive comments. Total game changer!
