For years, I thought being productive meant constantly being busy. Checking off to-do lists, running from one commitment to the next, and squeezing in work at all hours. But my wake-up call came when I got COVID. I was so unhealthy that I nearly didn’t make it. I knew something had to change, so I took a hard look at my daily habits. Everything changed when I started making small, intentional shifts—from movement to mindfulness, to setting real boundaries. I got my energy back, my focus became sharper, and I finally felt in control of my wellness.

The experience forced me to slow down, and in that stillness, I gained a newfound appreciation for life and clarity on what truly mattered. And once I started seeing results, I realized—I didn’t just want to transform my own life; I wanted to help others do the same.

This is why we’re sharing the 8-week GSD Wellness Code to help you reset, recharge, and take control of your well-being in a way that actually works for your lifestyle.

I’m their biggest cheerleader, because I know what it feels like to not have people believe in you.

Our first Instagram Live for the GSD Wellness Code features someone who was sitting in the audience at an event I spoke at in Denver. After my talk, he and his wife came up to me and said, “You just cost me a few thousand dollars.” Because while I was speaking, they had already started ordering walking pads! (Spoiler alert: He lost 9 pounds in just 30 days and took more steps in January and February 2025 than he did in all of 2024!)

What Is the GSD Wellness Code?

The GSD Wellness Code is built on the idea that true wellness comes from balancing eight dimensions of wellness. Think of it as an acronym for SELF CARE. These questions are designed to help you pause and truly check in with yourself, paving the way for meaningful, lasting change.

Over the next 8 weeks, we’ll be diving deep into each dimension of the GSD Wellness Code, breaking down exactly what it takes to thrive in every area of life:

S – Social: 
Cultivating meaningful connections and fostering a sense of community
