We call it SELF-CARE. And each letter stands for one core area of wellness (which we take you through on our 8-Week online course):

The Power of Sharing Your Story

In January of 2025, I was invited to share my story about my near-death experience and the moment the GSD Wellness Code truly began to take shape. During my keynote at the Emerge Event Collective retreat in Denver, I was sharing how biohacking changed my life—yes, that word might sound “techy,” but really it’s about listening to your body and upgrading your habits one small step at a time.

Sitting in that crowd was someone who truly heard the message…

Brian Franklin and his wife came up to me right after the talk and confessed that a few minutes into my talk, he found himself scrolling and hit “checkout” on a walking pad order—before my keynote even ended. Brian, like so many other entrepreneurs, just needed to hear that biohacking actually works. It’s a simple formula, but you have to follow it.

Fast forward a few weeks, Brian shared his data with me that we set up during the conference together. And he was just days away from walking 10,000 steps a day for 30 days straight.

We became fast friends and Brian started the ripple effect and he started getting messages inspiring others to take action, on doing one simple thing everyday.

On day 30, we went on Instagram Live to share his inspiring journey with others. The most mind-blowing part? In just the first quarter of 2025, he walked more steps than he did in all 12 months of 2024 combined. When you don’t measure what matters, it’s easy to miss the progress. But here’s the truth: your life matters. And we’re sharing this because one small shift really can spark a powerful transformation. It did for him and it can for you too.
