Since 2016, we’ve consistently delivered weekly episodes focused on business and productivity tools to help you excel in your ventures. However, in 2020, as we all had more time to reflect, I listened closely to your feedback. It became clear that you weren’t just seeking tools and tips—you were looking for deeper insights into success and resilience.

You wanted to know the real stories behind success: the challenges, the grit, and the determination that push us to grow. And so, we took a brief hiatus to reassess and refocus on how we could best serve you and the hospitality industry, especially during these challenging times.

The hospitality industry is currently navigating a complex landscape, marked by rising prices and labor shortages. This has had profound impacts on event planners, wedding coordinators, sales teams, and marketing departments. As someone who has personally faced and overcome significant challenges, including a major health transformation during the pandemic, I understand the importance of prioritizing wellness.

Wellness isn’t just a trend—it’s a necessity. With over 70% of travelers prioritizing health and wellness on their trips , the hospitality industry must adapt. Failing to integrate wellness-centric offerings such as fitness programs, healthy dining options, and wellness activities could lead to a competitive disadvantage. Health-conscious travelers are looking for experiences that support their well-being, and those who don’t provide these will likely see a decline in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
