Just a tip from experience, if you have a team that has a personal dropbox and a company dropbox make sure that your team understands that syncing their images could possibly go to the wrong dropbox.

Yep, you guessed it, that happened…

I woke up one Saturday morning, still half asleep, reached for my computer to look at any last minute emails or changes I was getting ready to go do and a ton of notifications kept coming in.

As I clicked on them they were nude pictures of one of our team members doing things that you would never want your boss to see.
