Thanks again for taking your time out on a Sunday to teach!!  One thing we learned was how to assess each other and what methods of communication and organization work best for everyone. Some employees need detailed bullet point lists, others work better in conversation.  Mostly, it streamlined the communication process for us.  It also helped with thinking about the hiring process and the placements of personnel in teams. We now know who will work better with who.
